I’m a professional chef with 20+ years of experience, I’ve worked with Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck and the Food Network, but I’ve also cooked dinner while a toddler had a complete meltdown at my feet.

Both experiences taught me what actually matters. I’m here to help you make food that’s approachable, delicious, and completely guilt-free.
